Metallica iTunes Box Set Out This Spring
Metallica is to digitally release a ‘box set’ of all nine studio albums through iTunes this spring. The box set will therefore include all of the albums from 1983s ‘Kill ‘Em All’ right up to 2008s ‘Death Magnetic’, and will also include the two of the band’s tracks from ‘Live From Live Earth’, and the band’s Mission Impossible 2 contribution ‘I Disappear’.
This will provide a fantastic opportunity for fans of the band to digitally own Metallica’s entire discography, and when the collection is officially released through iTunes I’m sure there’ll be a lot of people buying it.
‘Guitar Hero Metallica’ is also to be released soon, so Metallica fans have a lot to look forward to in the not too distant future.

It’s true Metallica will never die. But the thing is who is this boxset aimed at? What i mean is, this boxset is gonna cost alot of money, like over £100. So if this is aimed at new fans it’s obviously too expensive and if it’s aimed at the true die hard fans, they have like me, got all of their albums anyway and just to put them on my ipod is asking alot. I wouldn’t pay this much money for all of the albums i already own, yeh ok you get exclusive songs like from live earth and the mission impossible soundtrack but over £100 for around five new songs. It’s just my opinion.
Metallica for life!!
