Hundred Reasons UK Tour 2009
Surrey rock band Hundred Reasons will tour the UK in March/April 2009. The band has announced nine tour dates, and starting the tour in Bristol on March 28th; Hundred Reasons will finish up at London’s Islington Academy on April 6th.
This tour is held in support of the re-release of fourth album ‘Quick the Word, Sharp the Action’. The album was originally released in October 2007, but only spent a month on the shelves before the band’s record label V2 Records was bought out by Universal. The band subsequently bought back the rights to the album, and it will now be re-released in 2009 complete with four new tracks.
According to the NME , the four new tracks to appear on the album will be ‘Stalemate’, ‘Punctuality’s Greatest Enemy’, ‘A Little Way Back’ and ‘The Prance’. The band is actually currently working on a fifth studio album also, so we have that to look forward to in the not too distant future as well.
The following are the March/April 2009 tour dates that the band is to play:
March 28th - Bristol Academy II
March 29th - Birmingham Academy II
March 30th - Sheffield Corporation
March 31st - Derby Rockhouse
