The Number Twelve Looks Like You Announce Release Date for Third Studio Album

Published by richleigh at 11:53 pm under Album News, Rock Music Edit This

The Number Twelve Looks Like You will release third studio album ‘Worse Than Alone’ on March 10th 2009 through Eyeball Records. The New Jersey mathcore band self-produced this new full-length release at Backroom Studios in Rockaway, and the album mashes up many different genres into the mix of the music in order to provide an incredibly innovative heavy style of sound.

Here’s the album’s tracklist:

1. Glory Kingdom
2. Given Life
3. To Catch A Tiger
4. Marvin’s Jungle
5. The Garden’s All Nighters
6. If They Holler, Don’t Let Go
7. Retort, Rebuild, Remind
8. The League of Endangered Oddities
9. Serpentine
10. I’ll Make My Own Hours

If you’re a fan of the band then I’d definitely recommend giving this album a go when it’s released; alternatively, if you’re not already a fan of the band, but think you might appreciate a mix of death metal, jazz, and classical, then definitely do give ‘Worse Than Alone’ a try.

You may have heard the band’s ‘My Sharona’ cover from the 14 minute five track ‘An Inch of Gold for an Inch of Time’ EP in 2005; always prepare to expect the unexpected with The Number Twelve Looks Like You, the band is very unpredictable and never do you quite know what you’re going to get. What you can be fairly confident of however is that ‘Worse Than Alone’ will be an absolutely excellent mathcore album.
