Munroe Effect to Tour the UK in Support of the ‘You Are GoldMouth’ EP
Having already played a couple of shows this month, Munroe Effect will be back out there on the road again later this month and stretching into December in order to play a few more dates in support of new EP ‘You Are GoldMouth’. The EP is to be released on November 17th through Function Records and will consist of five tracks. The following are the tour dates that the band currently has planned:
Friday, 21st Nov - The Box, Crewe
Saturday, 22nd Nov - InterKonnect Festival, Bolton
Thursday, 27th Nov - Meze Lounge, Newport
Saturday, 29th Nov - HMV Instore Gunwharf, Portsmouth
Tuesday, 2nd Dec - Platform 9, Guildford
Portsmouth based Munroe Effect is a band with much to offer, whenever the band performs live you know you’re in for a treat if you’re in attendance, and all five of these dates are bound to be special with Munroe Effect sure to be performing their new material.
Some of the band’s music is currently available to listen to at the Munroe Effect Myspace Page , two of the band’s new EP tracks even feature here and I have to say that both of them are just absolutely excellent. Having not listened to the new EP yet I can only base its quality on the two tracks I have heard on the Myspace page; both of these tracks are brilliant though, and I’m sure that the other three are just as fantastic also.
Head along to one of these five dates for a definite night to remember; Munroe Effect is a band with a massive future ahead, so catch them while you can at venues of this size and you’re sure to be impressed with what you see and hear.
